I recently toured with Maurine, and she was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, I didn’t feel like just another person touring the community—her tone and presentation were warm, relaxed, and very welcoming. It was clear the office was busy, with one person heading in ahead of me and another just finishing up, but Maurine still remained incredibly attentive. While I waited briefly, she offered me coffee and kindly assisted another resident with writing a check. I wasn’t bothered at all—in fact, it was refreshing to see such genuine care and patience. There was something about the overall energy that really stood out. After touring many places over the past few weeks and feeling increasingly frustrated and stressed, this experience was a breath of fresh air. Seeing an engaged, present, and thoughtful team made a lasting impression. It’s rare to come across that level of service, and it truly made me feel at ease.

I live on the 4th floor and have lived here for over 4 years. In that time I’ve had a few, not many sink & toilet issues, but they pale compared to the amount of floods and fires and false fire alarms I’ve experienced here. In all that time I have see an amazing and great response from this apartment’s maintenance team. They are quick to respond anytime and are always very nice and friendly always. They are dedicated to making sure the tenants are comfortable. I especially want to call out Morgan for without him this place would more than likely be unlivable.

In all honesty - I was very pleasantly surprised with this apartment. I am not from Portland so I didn’t know what to expect but this place FAR exceeded any expectations that I did have. It is a very quiet place with little action. Inside the units you can’t hear any neighbors (even when they are blasting music!) Morgan is the best maintenance lead. He is very responsive and proactive. Lisa in the office also responded to us very quickly in a welcoming and kind manner. I would recommend this complex to absolutely anyone! Sure there were some things that popped up but that is just city life. I felt very safe here and we never had any car theft or damages. The residents were always polite in passing and the gym was mostly vacant. The grounds are well kept and the property is very clean for the location. Note that the location does come with the occasional car honking on the 84 exit. But even still I would 100% recommend this place. Genuinely one of the best apartments I have had.

The leasing staff and maintenance did such a great job while I was living here. Lisa was my leasing manager and she did so much for me that I appreciate! Only thing I would recommend is getting parking in the garage because it’s hard to find a spot outside!

All the staff here have been absolutely amazing, and friendly. Never been into apartment living, but this place is pretty quiet for the most part, the maintenance crew keeps the place very clean, and shout out to Morgan, he’s truly one of people who make this place great, always going up and beyond for everybody. Highly recommend for apartment living.

It is a dream come true for me to be in this apartment,first of all the management was so fast with concluding with my rental process,when all my paper work was done,and the apartment was spacious and was good as new,they gave me the opportunity to report any need for adjustments to the apartment in as little as four days,and they did almost all the maintenance in my second week here,i can go on and on of how good this place is,its clean and quiet really they deserve a recognition and the staff are so friendly i encountered Lisa Barker and she is so friendly and helpful,thumbs up

I've lived here for about 6 years and have overall found it a terrific place. Office and maintenance staff are terrific, responsive and dedicated, apartment is spacious and has great natural light, and the location is awesome - upstairs from a MAX station and on several bus lines, yet mostly residential and fairly quiet. I've lived in a lot of apartment buildings and this one ranks high.

This is one of the best apartments I have moved into and I have to thank the front desk and management team for helping us! My partner and I were moving from out of state and they answered every call and email promptly and honestly. The moving in process was a little difficult because there is no place to park a Uhaul, but once we got settled in, we couldn't be happier with our choice! The apartments are very clean and quiet. Any time there is a maintenance issue (which hardly happens) they come through right away and get things fixed. The area the complex is located in has everything you need within walking distance. For example, you could walk to a grocery store within 10 minutes, there is a bar right next door, a coffee shop across the street, a barber shop, and the building is right next to the highway so you can jump on the freeway with no problem! If you're up for a longer walk (20-30 mins) you will be in Tabor Park. Moving from out of state without visiting the area was challenging to say the least...but with the help of the staff, we were able to find an apartment that works for us and with ease.
