I recently toured with Maurine, and she was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, I didn’t feel like just another person touring the community—her tone and presentation were warm, relaxed, and very welcoming. It was clear the office was busy, with one person heading in ahead of me and another just finishing up, but Maurine still remained incredibly attentive. While I waited briefly, she offered me coffee and kindly assisted another resident with writing a check. I wasn’t bothered at all—in fact, it was refreshing to see such genuine care and patience. There was something about the overall energy that really stood out. After touring many places over the past few weeks and feeling increasingly frustrated and stressed, this experience was a breath of fresh air. Seeing an engaged, present, and thoughtful team made a lasting impression. It’s rare to come across that level of service, and it truly made me feel at ease.

I live on the 4th floor and have lived here for over 4 years. In that time I’ve had a few, not many sink & toilet issues, but they pale compared to the amount of floods and fires and false fire alarms I’ve experienced here. In all that time I have see an amazing and great response from this apartment’s maintenance team. They are quick to respond anytime and are always very nice and friendly always. They are dedicated to making sure the tenants are comfortable. I especially want to call out Morgan for without him this place would more than likely be unlivable.

In all honesty - I was very pleasantly surprised with this apartment. I am not from Portland so I didn’t know what to expect but this place FAR exceeded any expectations that I did have. It is a very quiet place with little action. Inside the units you can’t hear any neighbors (even when they are blasting music!) Morgan is the best maintenance lead. He is very responsive and proactive. Lisa in the office also responded to us very quickly in a welcoming and kind manner. I would recommend this complex to absolutely anyone! Sure there were some things that popped up but that is just city life. I felt very safe here and we never had any car theft or damages. The residents were always polite in passing and the gym was mostly vacant. The grounds are well kept and the property is very clean for the location. Note that the location does come with the occasional car honking on the 84 exit. But even still I would 100% recommend this place. Genuinely one of the best apartments I have had.

Absolutely horrible place to live. They advertise amenities like AC only to say that means you're allowed to buy a window unit that can't get your unit under 90° even overnight. The "water efficient upgrades" are showerheads with 3 screens to reduce pressure to a trickle that won't even thoroughly wet long hair, washing machines that "rinse" large loads with the same amount of water as small, so they don't even get wet, and narrow bathtubs with filled bottoms so that it LOOKS like a full size tub, but I'm size 4 & can't get enough water to soak in, as maximum depth doesn't even reach my navel, and I'm disabled with chronic pain - I NEED hot soaks. And after a while, the paint started peeling from inside the tub. WHO PAINTS A BATHTUB??? They don't care about efficiency enough to replace the dishwasher that's more than thirty years old, though, no matter how many times it breaks or maintenance says you should be grateful to have one even if it doesn't work. They're also just plain hateful people. They delight in flouting what few laws are meant to protect tenants, bill you for utilities that you don't even have (natural gas) openly discriminate against the disabled, charge for basic maintenance like replacing the batteries in the smoke detectors (with a string of 3 running past the galley kitchen, so oversensitive that steam from a shower can set them off) or changing light bulbs while making it against your lease to do it yourself, and generally put a lot more work into getting all the housing subsidies they can, while also trying to force anyone using them out of the "nice" building, where units like mine will have you paying thousands per month for the pleasure of living perched over an echo chamber freeway & railroad track, with neighbors who will scream at you for being a homeless invader here to start random fires if they catch you RECYCLING. "Quiet enjoyment?" Good luck.
